The Wellness Director is an onsite, full-time role in Englewood, FL; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Develop a multi-year Wellness Department plan with the Association and other branch directors
• evaluate programming and plan member-retention initiatives and special events
• participate in teaching, training, and coaching members
• support marketing and program registration
• build community partnerships
• develop and monitor the program budget
• hire, train, supervise, and develop wellness staff and instructors
• oversee wellness appointments, group exercise, and personal training
• manage payroll and Group Ex Pro
• maintain member service and facility standards.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of health and wellness leadership experience and CPR/First Aid/AED certification; a current nationally recognized certification in an applicable fitness area is required. Florida Level 2 background screening is required.
