What you'll do

• Design, develop, and document software systems and related hardware-interface components based on product and system requirements
• provide technical leadership in Agile development
• collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and, as needed, System Administration
• establish quality and testing strategies
• advance process improvements
• mentor software engineers
• participate in Scrum ceremonies
• research and apply object-oriented techniques and frameworks
• and maintain knowledge of new technologies.
