The Seasonal Cook works onsite at Elephants Central Kitchen in Portland, OR, through the end of December. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and scale recipes for production needs
• maintain taste, presentation, portioning, and labeling standards
• follow food safety, sanitation, storage, temperature-control, and allergen procedures
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• maintain a clean work area
• support inventory rotation, stocking, and waste reduction
• complete production records
• communicate priorities with supervisors and teammates
• participate in required training.
