What you'll do
- Lead deployment of the Strategic Quality Plan with plant leadership
- manage customer quality issues and corrective actions
- oversee the Plant Quality Department, including operations, budget, resources, employee development, and suppliers
- lead quality management systems and audits
- support product launches and APQP and PPAP activities
- analyze quality metrics
- approve quality documentation
- validate testing and measurement systems
- initiate product containment and stop processes or deliveries when nonconformance, safety, or environmental risks are identified.
