What you'll do

• Follow safety and radiation-protection standards, including ALARA, collimation, and patient shielding
• care for patients from arrival through departure
• transfer and position patients
• operate radiology equipment and produce radiographs
• assist physicians with contrast media and sterile procedures
• keep exam rooms clean and stocked
• report equipment malfunctions
• complete required documentation
• participate in continuing education and professional development.
