What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair drones and docking and charging stations
• diagnose faults
• repair or replace components
• update firmware and calibrate equipment
• perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
• follow lithium battery procedures
• document repairs and parts
• maintain spare parts
• and explain repairs and next steps to customers. The role includes occasional overnight travel and online and in-person training with industry certifications.
