Description

Provides comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients with a variety of medical conditions. Performs malnutrition assessments, nutrition-focused physical exams, diet educations, and provides nutrition support recommendations. Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans.
