Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor role is onsite in Goodyear, AZ. Compensation is $19.15–$29.15 per hour. The supervisor oversees activities at Hubbard Family Swim School, including swim instruction, customer service, childcare, facilities, and pool operations. The role exists to ensure safe, well-run site operations and a positive experience for swimmers, families, and staff. It leads employees, resolves customer concerns, coordinates schedules, and maintains facility and pool readiness.

What you'll do

• Oversee site activities and staff
• enforce policies, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures
• maintain responsibility for staff and patron safety
• support customer relationships and resolve concerns
• supervise, train, and mentor employees
• manage class and staff schedules
• open or close the facility
• oversee daily closeout
• coordinate repairs and equipment
• compile customer-retention reports.
