This role focuses on providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions within a Christian environment.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
