What you'll do

• Follow NHPPD staffing audit guidelines and report when the daily average of nursing hours per resident falls below 3.5
• help ensure appropriate nursing department staffing
• maintain tardiness and absenteeism calendars and report concerns to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate monthly schedules and daily assignments
• assist employees with staffing forms and answer scheduling calls
• assist with resident rounds and audits of CNA documentation
• maintain employee certification and license records
• and work closely with DSD.
