What you'll do

• Monitor and check assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond to call bells and security systems
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and activities
• assist with medication passes and treatments according to service plans and medication records
• document medication administration and refusals
• restock and maintain medication areas
• take and record vital signs
• report concerns and exposures.
