What you'll do

• Serve as a bilingual English/Spanish resource for communication, investigations, and employee relations
• advise multi-site leaders on performance management and policy adherence
• conduct investigations and escalate matters when appropriate
• lead onboarding and orientation
• maintain HRIS records and assist with pay inquiries
• support staffing, engagement, retention, and performance
• ensure employment-law compliance
• prepare HR reports and metrics
• coordinate annual open enrollment
• contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
