The client is a commercial general contractor specializing in luxury retail construction. This superintendent leads field operations from project startup through closeout, coordinating trades and project partners to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule and support client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations
• supervise subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
• maintain the master schedule
• coordinate construction phases
• monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and site conditions
• ensure safety and building-code compliance
• lead coordination and owner meetings
• review drawings and project documents
• maintain daily reports
• coordinate inspections and permits
• monitor productivity
• work with project managers on budgets, change orders, procurement, and execution
• oversee punch lists and turnover.
