Front Desk Agent

What you'll do

• Assist guests with complaints and questions
• provide information about the resort, amenities and local area
• explain policies
• assist with bookings, appointments, calls and emails
• coordinate with reservations and golf teams
• maintain and communicate room status
• share guest preferences with relevant departments
• resolve guest problems
• follow cash-handling and credit policies
• operate front-office systems
• review reports, logbooks and feedback
• keep the reception area organized
• support pre-opening duties. Work varied AM and PM shifts, including weekends, as needed.
