What you'll do

• Coordinate project intake and onboarding after award notices
• track project leadership assignments and executive reviews
• audit estimates against contractual scope and parameters
• prepare Project Setup Forms
• enter approved estimates into Procore
• validate cost codes across platforms
• submit setup forms to the Job Setup Team for NetSuite billing setup
• support Procore administration and Tier-1 support coverage
• collaborate with Account Executives and project teams
• travel as required.
