What you'll do

• Oversee billing, claims, collections, and denial resolution
• direct billing, credentialing, and patient financial counseling staff
• manage payer and clearinghouse access and provider data
• monitor revenue cycle performance and KPIs
• maintain billing and EHR configurations
• support compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
• analyze trends and develop corrective strategies
• prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership
• manage departmental budget, staffing, training, and performance reviews.
