What you'll do

• Assist with project delivery method selection and solicitation requirements
• review submittals and requests for information
• keep the owner informed about decisions and potential cost, time, scope, or quality impacts
• coordinate design meetings and reviews
• evaluate contractor plans and proposals
• monitor construction status
• observe work and may perform field inspections
• review testing and commissioning plans and results
• coordinate completion inspections and documentation.
