What you'll do

• Operate a yard spotter truck to move trailers around the Aurora campus
• shuttle trailers between production buildings, loading areas, storage yards, and staging locations
• inspect the truck and trailers before and after shifts
• communicate with the loading crew by radio or approved devices
• follow safety procedures and IDOT regulations
• report mechanical issues, hazards, and damaged trailers or products
• connect and disconnect trailers and airlines
• identify and report product defects
• assist with basic troubleshooting
• coordinate with yard supervisors, foremen, and the loading crew.
