What you'll do

• Define the IAM vision, strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance
• lead identity lifecycle and access governance
• establish controls for machine and AI-agent identities
• guide MFA and passwordless authentication strategy
• integrate identity threat detection and response
• prioritize product backlogs and releases
• define performance measures
• coordinate architecture and delivery with cybersecurity, engineering, HR, AI, application, and business teams.
