Job overview

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Eugene, OR, with a starting wage of $24 per hour and a stated fast track to $26 per hour. Rever Grand provides person-centered services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The DSP supports individuals’ daily needs and activities while helping them pursue personal goals and greater independence. By following individual support plans, documenting progress, and communicating with individuals and families, the role contributes to dignified, community-based support.

What you'll do

• Support personal basic needs and daily activities
• assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
• follow individual support plans and related protocols
• participate in developing and implementing support plans
• communicate with individuals and families
• document daily activities and goals using a smart device
• maintain confidentiality and complete required state-mandated training.
