Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Manage, train, and supervise maintenance staff

• oversee apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep
• prioritize work orders
• determine when outside contractors are needed
• coordinate vendors and maintenance costs
• communicate with residents, staff, and management
• participate in emergency/on-call maintenance as required.
