What you'll do

• Coordinate daily IT operations and prioritize service requests
• serve as a contact for department leaders
• manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, databases, telephone systems, workstations, and related equipment
• monitor system performance and resolve disruptions
• coordinate hotel system installations and upgrades
• maintain access, cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and continuity procedures
• manage vendors, budgets, inventories, records, and technology training
• coordinate 24-hour technology coverage and escalation.
