What you'll do

• Support production quality and reliability, evaluate and improve supplier quality, contribute to product development quality, apply statistical tools, and analyze quality data using Excel and QuickSight.
• Investigate field product issues, develop corrective action plans, respond to customer complaints, support ISO 9001 certification, and mentor junior Quality Engineers.
