Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Representative role is onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay is $18.50–$20.00 per hour. The position supports the front office and billing staff at Team Physical Therapy Inc. The representative helps patients and visitors navigate their appointments and front-office processes by greeting arrivals, scheduling appointments, managing messages and documentation, handling charts and payments, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. The role contributes to accurate, efficient patient-facing administrative support.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• manage voicemail and email messages
• handle patient intake forms and required documentation
• pull and file charts
• collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles
• support front-office and billing staff
• perform opening or closing duties on occasion
• maintain a clean and inviting environment. Two or more years of receptionist or similar experience is preferred
• familiarity with computers and scheduling software, time management, and organizational skills are listed qualifications.
