What you'll do

• Advise borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and collateral managers on structured finance transactions
• support asset-backed finance and asset-based lending transactions
• assist with developing and implementing securitization platforms
• work on complex financing matters for financial institutions, issuers, startups, and other market participants.
