Warehouse Clerk — Construction Materials and Inventory

Job overview

The Warehouse Clerk role is onsite in Tempe, AZ. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position supports Facility Innovations Group’s commercial construction projects by helping field crews receive the materials, tools, and equipment they need. The clerk manages receiving, storage, staging, and inventory tasks to keep warehouse operations organized and projects supplied. Coordination with warehouse leaders, foremen, and project managers helps materials reach crews when needed.

What you'll do

• Receive deliveries and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
• report shortages or damage
• label, organize, and store materials, tools, and equipment
• pull and stage materials for projects
• safely load and unload trucks and trailers
• track equipment check-in and check-out and identify maintenance needs
• maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• coordinate with warehouse and project personnel
• maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
