What you'll do

• Program CNC milling machines and related equipment

• recommend and implement machine or process improvements to increase productivity and reduce scrap or rework
• estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs for management planning
• interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
• coordinate fabrication, setup, and installation of new equipment
• operate manual lathes and mills
• maintain machine tools and capital equipment
• assist with equipment maintenance and repair.
