The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Remote, Georgia role is fully remote, serving children and families throughout Georgia. Compensation is up to $93 per hour, with rates negotiable based on experience. BK Behavior offers clinician-focused support, including a dedicated BCBA Success Manager. The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, monitors client progress, and collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. The work supports clinical progress while maintaining accurate documentation and ethical and clinical standards.
