Job overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst is an onsite role based in Madison, WI, working on a contract basis for COOLSOFT. This position supports the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. This role exists to improve operational processes and technology enablement. The analyst facilitates organizational change, conducts process reviews, and supports modernization efforts, including the development of the DQA Provider Portal.

- Develop standardized workflows and procedures.
- Design quality assurance measures and performance metrics.
- Perform root-cause analysis.
- Serve as a liaison between DQA staff and system vendors.
