The role also trains and supervises behavior technicians, supports families and caregivers, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate whole-child care.
What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including functional behavior assessments
- develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs
- train and supervise behavior technicians, registered behavior technicians, and team members
- monitor progress and analyze treatment data
- support families and caregivers with behavioral strategies
- collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists
- communicate updates and recommendations to families.
