Finishing Operator — Second Shift

The Finishing Operator role is onsite in Milford, NH, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. The position supports Inovar Packaging Group’s flexographic and digital printing production. What you'll do

• Set up and operate rewinding or diecutting equipment to job specifications
• visually inspect finished press rolls
• identify and address defects
• perform light machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• use manual pallet jacks and roll lifts
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• communicate with managers and coworkers
• identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Why this role

Second shift is 2 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Thursday. High school diploma or GED required; on-the-job training is provided. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Overtime, evenings, and weekends may be needed; Modtech Delta experience is a plus.
