What you'll do

• Lead implementation and execution of business unit services, training programs, projects, and revenue-generating activities. Coordinate staffing, resources, readiness, and customer requirements across functions. Manage program financial and operational performance
• serve as primary customer and contracting-authority contact
• maintain knowledge of contracts and performance requirements
• represent the company at reviews and resolve risks or deficiencies
• support capture and business development
• promote safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual compliance
• and perform program-specific duties when qualified and required.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least ten years of directly relevant experience as a substitute, plus five years of supervisory or management experience in a related environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and Common Access Card. Nights, weekends, holidays, and domestic or international travel may be required as operational needs dictate.
