Director of Triage

What you'll do

• Lead strategic planning for Triage departments
• oversee staff, managers, and crisis stabilization units
• manage scheduling, coverage, and PTO requests
• support recruitment and onboarding
• provide direct services to an inpatient caseload
• provide call coverage for 24-hour programs
• support clinical consultation, staff mentorship, and training
• develop quality review and assurance processes
• maintain clinical and operational protocols
• ensure compliance with clinical, legal, and accreditation standards
• address client complaints with relevant teams.
