Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations in Denver and Colorado Springs
• manage scheduling, dispatch, customer service, invoicing, and administrative workflows
• set expectations and accountability
• improve operational processes
• oversee financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
• lead and develop staff
• manage invoicing, payroll preparation, receivables, equipment, inventory, and purchasing
• grow service revenue and customer relationships
• monitor satisfaction and service quality.
