What you'll do

• Install, repair, and maintain intelligent transportation systems equipment, traffic signals, and streetlights
• inspect equipment and investigate outage complaints
• perform preventive maintenance and cable work
• refurbish defective equipment and report safety hazards
• perform traffic marking and sign-making tasks
• coordinate with operations staff and vendors
• set and remove temporary traffic controls
• use work-order systems and prepare reports
• train and guide traffic workers.
