• evaluate vendor coverage, capability, quality, and pricing
• maintain vendor records
• map services and gaps
• execute optimization strategies and ROI analysis
• lead RFPs, bid evaluations, benchmarking, and SLA negotiations
• manage contracts and commercial terms
• monitor performance
• support client launches
• resolve vendor service and compliance issues.
