Engagement Manager – Strategy Consulting

The manager leads and contributes to consulting engagements from assessment and research through analysis and presentation of findings. The role coordinates work across clients and internal and external partners, translating market and business insights into reports and recommendations while supporting FMI’s thought leadership.

What you'll do

• Consult and interact with people at all levels of client organizations, including senior executives
• work on multiple client engagements simultaneously
• participate in all project lifecycle phases and coordinate with business partners
• assess business issues and processes and present findings
• conduct primary and secondary market research, data gathering, analysis, and stakeholder interviews
• synthesize findings into visual reports
• provide responsive client service
• prepare articles for industry publications and support thought leadership.
