Customer Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Customer Service Coordinator role is onsite at the service location in Prosper, TX, with hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation is $18.01–$30.87 per hour. The role supports HOLT CAT’s parts and service operations and customer service delivery. The coordinator schedules and monitors service work, tracks equipment through the service process, and coordinates resources and information among customers, technicians, parts staff, and sales representatives. The role helps meet department goals by keeping work orders, quotes, deadlines, costs, and customer updates organized.

What you'll do

• Prioritize and schedule daily work in progress
• enter labor hours
• communicate with customers, coordinators, and sales representatives about scheduling, quotes, and repairs
• track machines entering and leaving service
• prepare service quotes in Part and Service Quoter unless already quoted and approved
• coordinate deadlines, job costs, service quality, and invoicing
• maintain paperwork, photos, and reports
• process customer payments
• generate purchase orders and validate work-order entry
• coordinate opening and closing work orders
• follow safety and company policies.
