What you'll do
- Search for safe, affordable housing
- assist with applications for SSI, SSD, Medicaid, food stamps, Section 8, and other services
- help establish utilities and obtain independent-living essentials
- coordinate moves as needed
- assist with housing disputes
- schedule at least monthly one-to-one client contacts
- document visits and maintain client files
- help clients understand public transportation and provide transportation when necessary
- coordinate treatment and emergency intervention when needed
- review records and finances for program compliance.
