What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual reviews, tube feedings, and significant weight changes.
• Create and update care plans for nursing staff, complete MDS documentation, conduct nutrition-focused physical exams, participate in care conferences, and perform monthly kitchen inspections.
