• Review case materials and follow case manager instructions
• conduct video surveillance and obtain covert footage
• complete assigned recorded statements, scene inspections, activity checks, and document collection
• write timely case notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• communicate assignment progress to case managers
• maintain confidentiality
• provide a valid driver's license, applicable investigator license, investigative tools, and reliable vehicle.
