Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Turtle is an electrical and industrial distributor serving industrial and construction markets. The associate receives, stores, picks, and ships products accurately and safely, helping the branch meet productivity and customer order requirements.

What you'll do

• Count and inspect inbound products against packing slips and the warehouse management system
• report shortages, damage, and shipment errors
• unload and store products
• pick and prepare orders
• verify outgoing shipments
• maintain equipment
• operate equipment safely under OSHA and company standards
• assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
• perform repacking, shrink-wrapping, cleaning, and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
