What you'll do

• Schedule nursing staff two to three months in advance and confirm schedules
• facilitate daily nursing briefings
• ensure pre-operative requirements and preparations are complete
• follow up on medical records and medical-history reviews
• conduct or ensure post-operative calls and texts
• confirm daily tasks and identify outstanding issues
• oversee quality-improvement data and follow-up actions
• participate in quarterly meetings on camera
• coordinate care and operations with the anesthesiologist.
