What you'll do

• Direct associate activities during the shift
• pack orders, receive inventory, and complete inventory control and quality assurance tasks during low-volume or minimally staffed periods. Support coverage gaps, escalate site issues, complete opening and closing checklists, oversee facility and delivery processes, train associates, intervene in driver routing and dispatch, conduct audits, troubleshoot defects, and support shift performance objectives.

Why this role

Requires two years of internal Gopuff experience and at least two years of leadership experience; process-improvement experience is also requested.
