What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to define business needs, outcomes, success measures, and requirements
• evaluate process-improvement opportunities
• lead discovery and document requirements, workflows, and dependencies
• design, implement, and support automation, AI, integration, application, and reporting solutions
• lead projects through testing, deployment, training, and improvement
• maintain solution and training documentation
• coordinate teams and vendors
• apply security, privacy, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• monitor and troubleshoot solutions.
