What you'll do

  • Develop and implement mental health programs

  • conduct and document patient evaluations
  • facilitate treatment and mental health unit admissions and discharges
  • coordinate care with medical, mental health, and correctional professionals
  • manage staff training, development, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • manage program budgets
  • respond to mental health crises
  • monitor compliance with policies and ACA and NCCHC standards.
