What you'll do

• Supervise shift nursing staff and monitor compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• oversee medication distribution and treatment protocols
• assess resident needs, develop care plans, conduct nursing rounds, and coordinate with physicians
• guide staff, residents, and families
• track treatments and ensure accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation
• collaborate with and assist the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator as needed.
