What you'll do

• Provide protective-order legal consultations to survivors
• represent clients in civil court, primarily in protective-order matters
• participate in the Loudoun Domestic Abuse Response Team and relevant professional groups
• provide backup to the Director of Legal Services/Family Law attorney
• maintain client case-management data
• assist with reporting
• stay current on relevant laws and legislation
• participate in training, awareness events, and outreach.

Why this role
