What you'll do

• Lead daily operations, service standards, staffing, workflows, and priorities for Admissions and Records
• serve as subject-matter expert and designated official for FERPA and student-records privacy
• administer records systems and controls
• prepare and submit reports
• oversee transcripts, transfer credits, degree audits, graduation certification, and degree conferral
• supervise staff and manage departmental resources
• resolve complex records matters
• improve processes and student service.
