Financial Counselor — Remote, U.S.-Based, Evening Shift

What you'll do

• Provide phone-based financial counseling
• respond to inbound calls and client emails and make service-related outbound calls
• review client financial information and credit reports
• develop individualized action plans and educational resources
• discuss program options and applicable fees when appropriate
• provide housing-related counseling
• maintain accurate confidential records
• complete training and certifications
• collaborate with colleagues.
